Our goal is to make the Lymphatic Lifestyle Solutions Online course an incredible experience of self-improvement in the areas of health and habits. Our commitment to you as instructors includes:

• Committed 100% to your success and well-being.
• Communicate openly and honestly.
• Provide evidence-based content.
• Guarantee full confidentiality
• Provide thoughtful answers in live sessions and in the community forum. 
• Teach strategies that we believe will be helpful for you. 

We are not Physicians or Dieticians. We recommend and assume that you consult with your physician or licensed medical provider before making any lifestyle changes. When you make changes to daily habits and nutrition, you can expect changes in your body, including potentially a reduced need for medications. Stay in contact with your primary care provider throughout the process.

Your Doctor's role (not included in this program):

• Approve that you participate in a ketogenic lifestyle program.
• Monitor your blood work and make changes to medications and dosage as needed.
• Consultation and guidance as it pertains to your medical diagnosis and treatment. 

What we ask from you:

• Get approval from your doctor as stated above.
• Commit 100% to your success.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and honestly in the live sessions and in the community forum.
• Complete your home assignments.
